A note from Jennifer:

"I seem like such a calm, ethereal spirit. I float around, head in the clouds, contemplating things like wind and flowers. But every now and again, as I step into the studio and pick up my brushes, the dragon awakens. She is always there, the power, the life force, the urgency, the wildness. When she rises at that perfect moment, I make a painting like this one. Born of fiery energy and spiraling green growth, of all things feminine and untamed.

She is the dragon. And she visited me on this day.
