Maryam Miller is a Silverthorne, Colorado–based artist known for her modern landscape paintings. Inspired by the mountains surrounding her home, she creates artwork that brings a sense of place, story, and connection to nature into beautifully curated spaces. She is also the co-founder of Near & Far, and loves to share the work of other emerging artists.
Maryam’s work is rooted in the landscape but pushes abstraction through loose, gestural brushstrokes and layered textures. Her paintings evoke the emotional resonance of the natural world while inviting viewers to pause and reflect.
In addition to her artistic practice, Maryam is an avid outdoor enthusiast. When she’s not in her home studio, she can often be found exploring the very landscapes that inspire her work, skiing, hiking, or cycling through the mountains she calls home.
